SECAUCUS, New Jersey - Sept. 26, 2007 - Jamcracker, the on-demand services delivery company, today announced here at the Channel Partners Conference the Jamcracker IT@yourservice desktop support as a service offering. IT@yourservice enables telecom and IT services providers to bundle desktop installation and configuration support for on-demand applications provided through the Jamcracker Services Delivery Network (JSDN). IT@yourservice is provided by e4e Inc, a global outsourced services provider. Jamcracker will discuss IT@yourservice in a panel session entitled "Converged Communications Meets Software as a Service" on Wednesday at the conference.
19Marketplace, a wholesaler of on-demand services, today announced its on-demand services brand, MySaaS Online, in partnership with Jamcracker at the Channel Partners Conference (Booth 608-610). This new service, which enables telecom agents to sell on-demand business productivity applications to their customers, will be available with Jamcracker's IT@yourservice offerings. According to John Krzykowski, General Manager of 19Marketplace, "Offering a web-based installation, configuration, and management option for on-demand applications allows our agents to offer true turn-key services that are very attractive to small-medium business owners. This addition to the Jamcracker portfolio is extremely valuable to us."

all onsite set-up associated with the initial deployment of JSDN supplied
