Program Elements

Operations and Sales Readiness
  • Jamcracker set-up and training of branded helpdesk support service for ISV to provide front-line support for ISV's customers.
  • Jamcracker configures and deploy ISV branded ecommerce WebStore and administration interfaces that enable their sales and marketing team to have full control over content, pricing, and promotions of ISV's products.
  • Jamcracker creates ISV branded merchant account and credit-card billing support, and will also provide purchase order support if desired.
  • Jamcracker provides ISV with an integration toolkit and support services to help integrate provisioning, authentication, billing, and administration services into Jamcracker’s managed services delivery platform.

At the completion of the Operations and Sales Readiness phase, ISV will be able to launch their direct sales and marketing activities to drive customers to their branded WebStore, from which Jamcracker will provide all customer billing, end-user provisioning, user administration, customer help-desk services, and issues escalation management.

ISV Channel Enablement
With the Channel Enablement program module, the SaaS ISV has the option to recruit their own channel partners to resell from their existing WebStore.
  • Jamcracker publishes ISV's own branded Channel Distribution Portal to enable the fulfillment of ISV authorized Channel Partners.
  • Billing and support services for ISV's own channel partners will be performed using a branded merchant account, and ISV can access real-time reports that detail sales by channel partner.
  • For resellers who desire to resell additional services from other Jamcracker SaaS partners, Jamcracker will offer standard WebStore packages, and assume the channel management, billing reconciliation, and support responsibilities.

Enable Indirect Distribution via the JSDN
  • A Master Distribution Agreement will assign Jamcracker as a wholesaler of your services.
  • Jamcracker promotes ISV's solution throughout the Services Delivery Network.
Technical Implementation:

Modular APIs are available to develop adapters for new content, services and applications. The platform consists of several key components to multi-tenant, multi-tiered, On-Demand delivery and management including role based access control, identity management including authentication and authorization, user profile management, single sign-on, service cataloging, provisioning, service offers and bundling capabilities, branding and promotion management, personalization and billing support.
