McAfee Total Protection for Small Business Solutions Available through Jamcracker Services Delivery Network; Can be Bundled with Complementary Application Services

SANTA CLARA, Calif. – July 25, 2007 – Jamcracker, the on-demand services delivery company, and McAfee Inc. (NYSE: MFE), today announced a strategic partnership to provide communications and IT service providers with on-demand security services for small and medium businesses (SMB). Effective immediately, the companies are offering McAfee® Total Protection for Small Business solutions through the Jamcracker Services Delivery Network (JSDN).  From the JSDN, the Total Protection solutions can be sold as stand alone security services or bundled with other third party application services in the Jamcracker catalogue, such as hosted Microsoft Exchange, outsourced desktop management, data backup, and others, in order to create customized SMB solutions.

McAfee Total Protection solutions, available in a basic and an advanced version, are all-in-one security services that provide small and mid-size companies continuous, up-to-date protection against viruses, spyware, hackers, spam and phishing attacks for their desktop and server users. It includes access to the McAfee SecurityCenter, a Web-based console that centralizes installation, configuration, reporting, updates and group management to make security management simple and maintain protection against both traditional and emerging threats. McAfee Total Protection solutions are an industry-leader with multiple awards. The readers of Small Business Computing named McAfee Total Protection the winner of its “Excellence in Technology” award in the network security category, eWeek named it the “Best Security as a Service” award winner in 2007, and SC Magazine Europe named Total Protection “Best Small Medium Enterprise” solution in 2007.

Later this summer, XO Communications will begin offering a Jamcracker-enabled suite of best-of-breed on-demand applications to its customers. XO Communications, in partnership with Jamcracker, selected McAfee Total Protection as the security solution component for their on-demand applications suite for SMBs. Jamcracker is providing XO Communications with a complete on-demand delivery solution that includes a hosted services-delivery platform, content/ISV wholesale distribution agreements, and infrastructure management. These white-labeled on-demand services will carry the XO Communications brand, allowing the company to offer them as a complement to their existing voice, data and IP services.
