The Jamcracker Services Delivery Network (JSDN) brings together content providers (e.g. SaaS) and distribution partners to enable services delivery on a global scale.  All participants in the JSDN gain access to a service-delivery infrastructure designed to deliver On-Demand solutions in a completely automated and streamlined manner. And, because all solutions are pre-certified, distribution partners can quickly go to market with a wide array of new services without the burden of negotiating reseller agreements, managing vendor relationships, writing provisioning scripts, developing license management and billing systems, or building in-house support capabilities.

The JSDN is a federated ecosystem that is powered by a highly scalable and distributed architecture; with technology, operations, support infrastructure, market knowledge, and services aggregation business processes  established over a decade of definition and refinement. This extensive foundation of technology, operations, and market experience enables Jamcracker to offer our partners the following benefits:

  • Unified Services Delivery: Jamcracker enables unified provisioning, billing, single-sign-on, user management, support services, and usage of all services that are integrated with our platform – not only for 3rd party services available through Jamcracker's existing and new wholesaling agreements, but also for our partners' existing core services. This enables our distribution and solution partners to leverage "best of breed" bundles to maximize up-sell and cross-sell potential.
  • Leveraged Investment: Service providers have the ability to integrate existing services, such as Exchange and Broadband, with the JSDN MarketPlace ecosystem. This provides tremendous flexibility for bundling core and ancillary services, increasing margins, and the ability to extend carrier’s core services via the JSDN ecosystem, providing a means to deliver these services through other partners around the world. Every partner has the opportunity to be a reseller, and a global supplier, of value-added services.
  • Economies of Scale and Scope: Each of our partners is part of a growing ecosystem that includes some of the largest Telcos and service providers around the world, a quickly growing value-added services delivery channel that includes hundreds of Resellers and MSPs, and dozens of solution partners including many of the world's most recognized software and content providers. As this ecosystem grows, everyone benefits from the success of others in terms of applying best practices and enabling access to new services.
  • Sales and Marketing "Best Practices": This is our core business, and has been since 1999. During that time we have aggregated experience and best practices from both our channel and solution partners. In addition, the Jamcracker marketing/executive team has been intimately involved in on-demand services delivery since the mid 1990s (with Exodus, VeriSign, as well as Jamcracker itself). Our success is based on yours, so we will be an active partner throughout the course of our relationship.
  • Rapid Response to Changing Market Conditions: Jamcracker has established distribution agreements and on-boarded dozens of vendors, with over a hundred different service offerings in the JSDN marketplace.  And based on quickly-changing market conditions and our successes, we have a large and growing pipeline of new solution vendors whom we are in the process of on-boarding, and are continually adding more solution partners as new market opportunities arise. For our content and solution partners, our distribution network provides a broad array of capabilities ranging from vertically oriented VARs and MSPs to expansive customer reach from many of the largest Telcos in the world.
